It is too much for one life? A letter from Wellington to the world — His wills and desires for life.
I wanna do many things, what about you?
Wellington Martins dos Santos, Leme/São Paulo/Brazil — 06/01/2020
Always when I learn something new I got a feeling of excitement and enlightenment. Because at that point I was able to be more conscious about myself, my knowledge, and where I’m supposed to improve. I won obesity, high blood pressure, depression, and pains — knee pain, back pain — when I was 17 years old, without resources. I think this situation gave me the sense of ”you are responsible for your own life my little friend”
So, learning and do things differently is something that is part of me, which I’ve worked so far — In my 27 years of life.
I have many plans that I would like to reach out before my death. To make sure that I do not forget anything, I’m gonna split out the items on 6 topics — Physical, Financial, Intellectual, Family, Society, and Spirituality.
1 Physical — As a Physical Education teacher and Exercise physiology specialist I do believe that exercise is one of the great things to our body and mind. Physical training regular practice will impact not only your body health but also your anxiety and stress levels, extending your capacity to quality own project working yours and of course better outcomes in whatever you want to achieve. If you wanna know WHY exercise is so important to me I invited you to get into my Instagram @well.martins.santos — Roll down until my 29th post you are gonna see who I was. So, I’ve worked in my CrossFit abilities and Running to participated in small competitions.
2 Financial — This one is the most challenging for awhile. Coming from a family with no resources abundance. I’m working on my business from scratch. I have plans to develop my own company in Health, Science, and Technology to provide to the world better physical and mental health.
3 Intellectual — I wanna be mentally free to do so, I’ve practiced my math skills — Comming from the basics of arithmetic to algebra — and started to read philosophy. My idea is to develop it and apply the skills to the programming and data science world. In my opinion, these knowledge make an intersection and I will be prepared to the new area when considering the society demands.
4 Family — I don’t know exactly what I want. I think it is nice to have a child but it is a huge challenge to raise in a society of information. Maybe in my middle 30s, I would love to have a family with the right woman, or if not, maybe just be single it will be fine. I’m not so worried about this subject.
5 Society — Regarding this topic, Well as aforementioned, without basic resources — I mean, it not only by money - like the feeling of safety, feel loved, and people who care about your well being, things like that are important to anyone. We talk about abundance in the book of Peter H. Diamandis so it would be applied in feelings and emotional environments for children without it. This is something that I would like to create, a place, an App, somenthing that brings value to society and solve relevant problems. This one I would be able to perform only after my other pre-requirements were fulfilled — Financial, intellectual, Family, and physical - talking like that sounds a little bit selfish but If I do not develop myself how I’m supposed to help others?
6 Spirituality — Well this is the only one that I haven’t worked yet — I think — I’m into meditation and just it. The idea a God, the creator of everything seems weird for me yet. Why weren’t we here because of luck? Why we are so special?
Any recommendation?
Basically that’s what I have in mind so far. It’s not good or bad it is what it is.
Thank you in advance, my friend.
